TRIED AND TESTED ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN JVC | TRATTORIA BY CINQUE

Dubai's award-winning Italian restaurant Cinque by Chef Giuseppe Pezzella opened its doors to a second venue, Trattoria by Cinque last year, inviting you to funky interiors and nonna's best kept recipes, simply like a holiday at the Amalfi Coast. Here is what to expect.

THE FOOD

From traditional antipasti to start, followed by a wide variety of pasta and pizza favourites, carne and pesce mains and superb Italian dessert creations – Italian food lovers will be delighted by the Trattoria style menu.

Burrata, bruschetta, arancini and calamari. Beautifully presented, with artistic precision be blown away by the authentic flavours and colours of Italy. Order a classic Negroni, Bellini or Aperol Spritz to pair with your first course, and you’ll feel like you’ve been transported to the Amalfi Coast itself.

Dine on a variety of unique tagliatelle, pappardelle and linguine. But here’s what makes the past so special - the pasta menu changes with every season with products coming directly from Italy for the sweetest tomatoes and best herbs. And because pasta is not just pasta, the menu also celebrates regional pasta highlights, from Capri's traditional Ravioli Caprese to Bologna's Taglietalla alla Bolognese. Be taken on a tour around Italy's signature pasta - Mamma and Nonna would be proud!

To finish, it just had to be Tiramisu – with an extra shot of coffee liqueur of course. Perfectly balanced with a post meal Limoncello.

THE INTERIOR

Instagramable wallpapers, Amalfi lemon tree in the middle of the restaurant and good mood Italian tunes are inviting to a casual night out with friends or catch up with the squad over lunch.
