Dubai's award-winning Italian restaurant Cinque by Chef Giuseppe Pezzella opened its doors to a second venue, Trattoria by Cinque last year, inviting you to funky interiors and nonna's best kept recipes, simply like a holiday at the Amalfi Coast.

Following it’s huge success, portfolio of awards and impeccable reviews from food critics, the media and local & international visitors, Trattoria by Cinque presents Dubai with another delectable Italian tradition – a pizza menu like no other.

And we’re not just talking your usual margherita or pepperoni. Travel on a culinary road trip and feast on exquisite tastes from the most famous cities in Italy. From fresh Red Mazara prawns from Sicily, the ‘Sicilia’ is perfect for the seafood lover, or perhaps the richness of Vesuvio is more to your taste, whereby ‘Napoli’ will reinvigorate your senses with a delicious yellow Vesuvio tomato sauce topped with plenty of Provolone del Monaco cheese, fried zucchini and buffalo mozzarella.

For the meat lover, take a trip to the north of Italy and choose the ‘Piemonte’, topped with Piedmont beef carpaccio, Taleggio cheese, porcini mushrooms, radicchio and walnuts. Of course, there’s not forgetting the magic of Rome, with the ‘Roma’ pizza offering an indulgent dry-aged beef belly, Pecorino cheese plus an organic egg yolk.

And finally, the grand finale is none other than the ‘Cinque’, boasting Oscietra caviar, tuna tartare, burrata sauce and Datterino tomato sauce. Delizioso!
