Can we check in before the standard check-in time or check out later than the standard check-out time?
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.
How far is FIVE Jumeirah Village from the airport?
You can reach us within a 30-minute drive from Dubai International Airport (31km) and a 1-hour drive from Abu Dhabi International Airport (106km).
Do you provide transportation services from the airport/hotel?
Yes, we offer airport transfer services. The one-way price is AED 425 for our Tesla hotel shuttle.
Is it necessary to pre-book airport-to-hotel transportation?
Yes, please inform us in advance if you require airport/hotel transfer services.
Does the hotel offer parking facilities?
Yes, we provide complimentary valet parking for guests using the hotel facilities. For guests not utilising the hotel facilities, parking is complimentary upon reaching a minimum spend of AED 100. Otherwise, charges of AED 50 for six hours and AED 30 for every additional hour will apply, along with AED 200 for overnight parking.
Will I be required to pay a security deposit?
Upon check-in, a pre-authorisation via credit card or cash deposit is required. This is held for any incidental charges such as restaurant dining, beverages, or telephone charges during your stay.
If there are no outstanding charges at the time of departure, the full security deposit amount will be refunded.
Residences
At check-in, guests will be required to pay a pre-authorisation amount to cover incidental charges such as dining, beverages, or telephone charges. This can be paid via credit card or cash.
AED 2000 – 1 night
AED 4000 – 2 nights
AED 5000 – 3 nights and above
Alternatively, if you prefer to provide assurance with your credit card, a pre-authorisation of the room stay and taxes plus AED 500 per room per night will be charged. If paying by cash, it will be room & taxes plus AED 500 per room per night, along with an additional AED 500 deposit as a guarantee for damages.
Via Credit Card
The credit card must be under the name of the guest who has made the booking, unless arranged with the property prior to arrival. During check-in, your credit card will be requested, and an authorisation for the available amount will be processed. No amount will be deducted from your credit card during this process unless advised otherwise by reservation staff.
Via Cash
During check-in, you will be requested to pay the full amount of your stay (minus the deposit already paid) upfront. If no outstanding charges are found at checkout, the security deposit will be fully refunded.

Do you provide a concierge service?
Yes, FIVE has a First-in-Class Concierge Service and our FIVE Tribe Members at the FIVE Life Experiences Desk in the lobby can take your stay to the next level. We can make reservations at any of our culinary hotspots, arrange airport transfers or local transportation, and assist with other special requests. Guests with a ‘FIVE-Styled’ sense of adventure can head to our FIVE Life Experiences Desk for a wide range of activities from desert dune bashing to skydiving, Arabian Gulf cruises, and city excursions. Guests can also make direct bookings at our Food and Beverage Desk, located in the lobby, to experience the ‘Vibe at FIVE’ at any of our award-winning culinary concepts, lounges, or nightclubs.
What is the dress code at the resort?
We recommend smart casual, business attire, or national dress. Swimwear is appropriate on the beach, around the swimming pool, and in the spa area.

We recommend United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

We have a no loud music policy after 10:00 PM. Please refrain from playing loud music in or outside your room after 10:00 PM to avoid inconvenience to other guests and residents.
Speaker Policy
Speakers, whether small or large, are not allowed in any room category. They can be stored at the bell desk.
Non-smoking/Shisha Policy
Smoking inside any room category is strictly prohibited. An ashtray is provided on the balcony/terrace for guests who wish to smoke outside. Shisha is strictly prohibited inside the room on the balcony/terrace. Any guest found in breach of the hotel’s non-smoking policy will be charged penalty fees of AED 1000 (minimum charge).
Damage Policy
All items in the room are available for purchase. Should any item be taken from the room upon departure or found damaged, the price of the item will be charged to the credit card on file.
Car Parking
Self-parking is not permitted. Our valet services are operational 24 hours for your assistance.

What types of cushions and pillows are provided in the guest rooms?
You can choose from our comfortable pillow menu range. Our pillows are filled with microfiber and are hypoallergenic.
What categories of guest rooms and suites are available, and what are the differences between them?
We offer Superior and Luxe Rooms, as well as a variety of Suites. All rooms feature standalone luxury bathtubs and rain showers, while suites additionally include a separate living room.
Does the rate include breakfast?
The inclusion of breakfast depends on the type of package you have selected. Guests with Bed and Breakfast packages receive complimentary breakfast, while Room Only guests will be charged for breakfast.
Are there mini-bars in the rooms?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with fully stocked mini-bars, which we refer to as Refreshment Centres. These have been custom-designed to complement the room interiors.
Extra Beds
Extra beds are available upon request at an additional charge of AED 200 per bed per night.

Do you provide high-speed internet services?
Yes, the entire property offers fast Wi-Fi.
Will my cellphone receive coverage inside the hotel?

You’ll find shopping and gifting options on the ground floor and in ReFIVE Spa for various purposes. Additionally, some of the world’s most famous shopping centres are located close to the hotel.
Does the hotel ensure full security?
All rooms feature market-leading inbuilt, reliable electronic card locks, along with a manual dead-locking system.
Are consulates available nearby the hotel?
Yes, both Dubai and Abu Dhabi have representation from most countries, either through embassies or consulates.
Will I have to pay any service charges during my stay for dining or spa treatments?
There is a 5% value-added tax, a 7% municipal charge for stay, a 10% service charge for dining and spa treatments, as well as an AED 20 tourism charge per bedroom, per night.
